Since the death of the Chosen Four, many things have happened. Ness' body was found outside his house the very next day after his death. The police extensively investigated his death, bringing in numerous scientists to study his burns. They never found the cause. Ness' mother, sister, father, and friends grieved for him for many weeks until they moved on. Paula's body was found by the Twoson police, and thinking the Happy Happyists were responsible, incarcerated Carpainter and imprisoned the cult members. Her parents and friends too grieved for many weeks. Jeff's body had been dragged back to the Gruff Goat's cave, where it supplied it with meat for a few days. It was never found, even though the area was searched for weeks. At that point, everyone assumed he had just ran away to someplace else. Really though, the remains were kept by Michael Andonuts, as he tirelessly worked on his Instant Revitalizing Machine, hoping to make it able to reconstruct Jeff to living. Poo was given a grand memorial, as everyone, included the King and Queen, mourned the loss of the Prince, and prepared for hard times ahead. Ramin, however, took the news much harder. He felt responsible for not training him enough, and worried for the future of the world, now that the prophecy had no one to fulfill it. Although, there were a select three that had the capabilities of fighting Giygas and Porky...

...but they are not ready to fight again.

Ninten looked out his window, the sun blinding him, and shining upon his dark orange room. It had been quite a long time since his battle against Giegue, almost six years. Now almost an adult, he had things to worry about, other than saving the world, even if he didn't know it needed saving. He had a job he had to work, even if selling $14 dollar hamburgers wasn't the job he expected. He also had to support his girlfriend, Ana, who had moved from Snowman to Podunk three years ago to be with Ninten, even if her father did not approve of leaving the friends they had behind for some boy. And of course, playing for the Podunk baseball team was a high priority of his. Things were normal in his life, as far as regular teenage lives go. The world was, as far as he knew, normal. For the time being at least.

Meanwhile, in Giygas' lair, things were the exact opposite of normal. Preparations were being made for the full-scale attack on the planet. Saucers were being prepped, Starmen were being outfitted with new abilities, Octobots and Shamblers were being reinforced so that the planet's defenses wouldn't impact them so much. Things were certain to go as planned. There was no way the planet could be prepared for an attack on this scale. The only way Giygas and his army were to even have a slight chance of being defeated were if Porky failed in his task to kill the Chosen Three.

In the Chamber of the Devil's Machine, Giygas was explaining a few last things to Porky. His new armor, which Giygas had said came from an alternate time-line, the time-line which SHOULD have happened, was very different from his gray, demon-like spider. For one, Porky was now controlling this machine with his mind, instead of fiddling around with buttons and levers. Because of some modifications Giygas had made to it, it would also amplify Porky's new found PSI to beyond even the standard Omega level. All Porky had to do was sit back in his bed-like hull and think of how to kill the enemy. It wielded numerous claws, the ones on bottom astoundingly holding up the entire thing, and bared a pig-like symbol on the bottom. It's gray shell was painted a distinct red and black, to signify Porky's place, and to help it hide at night.

“Remember,” Giygas said to Porky, “the Three may seem weak, but they're psychic capabilities are still at their highest, even if they don't display it. Kill the girl first; it will make the Ninten boy weaker, more vulnerable. I wouldn't bother with the Lloyd boy, though. He poses absolutely no threat to me. But if you feel you must kill him, do so.

With these final words, Giygas sent Porky down just outside of Podunk. He had many things to attend to, including his own armor...

Ninten and Ana sat in their desks, trying to pay attention to the teacher saying something about atoms, or nuclear energy, or something. All they could think about was getting the heck out of there, so Ninten could go to his ball game, and Ana could go shopping with friends. Ninten looked at the clock. 3:55. 'So close', he thought, 'I just have to bare this a little longer...' The teacher continued droning on about the lesson, clearly aware that everyone was excited to leave. So, of course, he talked as slowly as he could, hoping he could get something into their heads. 3:58. Ninten could barely hold in the excitement he had. This would be the biggest game of the season. 3:59. The teacher was still in his lesson. 5. Something about the atomic mass of Zinc. 4. Specks of sand are the tiniest things we can hold. 3. An imaginary baseball zooms past Ninten's head. 2. He could hear the sound of a bat hitting a ball in the distance. 1. The bell finally rang. 'Finally, now I can get out of here!' Ninten and Ana thought at the same time. They met at the door, talking about the day ahead, and left the classroom.

At the entrance to the school, Ana and Ninten said goodbye and parted ways. Ana walked along the streets of Podunk, unaware of any danger that might be lurking nearby. She stopped at a bus stop, when her phone rang. It was Katie, her best friend, next to Ninten, of course. “Hello, Katers!” Ana said cheerily into the phone, “What's up? Are you ready for tonight?”

“Ana,” Katie said on the other end, “my car broke down, and Bettie won't pick up her phone. Can you drive us?”

“Katie, you KNOW my daddy won't let me drive until I pass this course, because I failed last semester.”

“Right, right. Well, I'll try convincing my mom to let me drive her car tonight. Bye, Ana!” The line went dead. Paula sat at the bench and began texting the other friend, Betty, that they might not be shopping tonight. When she finished, she began the long trek home.

Because her father lived so far out, near the cemetery(currently devoid of zombies), they didn't drive often. The road out that way was rough, but it was sometimes bearable, though mostly not. Besides, it was near the church, and the town was only about a half-mile away. Ana had just left the city when she was approached by a fat boy younger than her. He was wearing a yellow-striped shirt and had a red cap on. “Excuse me, ma'am,” the boy said, “I'm lost. My mom and dad left me behind, and I can't find my way home.”

Aw,” Ana exclaimed, “that's so sad! Did your parents intentionally abandon you?”

Yes, they said they didn't want me anymore. Since my brother died, they've put a lot of their anger on me, and eventually decided to get rid of me.”

Well, come home with me, you can stay with us until we can get you into a foster home. It's so sad to see a mother abandon her child.”

Thank you ma'am! Thank you so much!” The boy followed Ana on their way to her home, starting a conversation with and getting to know his prey.

That night, while Podunk slept peacefully, evil struck once more. Some time after dusk, a storm that had been unpredicted brought down lightning on an unsuspecting house south of the small town. Porky had achieved in what he had to do. He found out his target's whereabouts, and brought an end to the lives inside. He was brought back to the mothership, where the things he had done had finally caught up to him. An ordinary human being could barely handle something like this without being mentally ill, but he was still a child. The guilt and traumatic impact had taken its toll on the boy. But still he knew of his destiny. And so he had to continue carrying out his orders.

You are doing a tremendous job. My people could not do something like this so effectively, not even my own father, the brilliant strategist he was. It's only a matter of killing Ninten now. He is the only thing that stand in my way...”
