Chapter 1: A golden beginning

Within the cold, dark depths of the Cave of the Past, lies a portal which conects or world with another. Another consisted of darkness and hate. Another with ruthless creatures with tremendous psychic abilities. Another that hides the greatest enemy the universe will ever have...his name is Giygas, the symbol of darkness itself, the being of darkness. This is the beginning of a journey that will last more than a lifetime...

In this negative-dimension, there is one powerful being. His name is Giygas, but goes by the name of Gieuge. His PSI powers are the greatest in that universe. His powers are so great, he can "consume" other beings and absorb their energy! However one day, he wanted more. Alot more. He was not satisfied with just stealing peoples soles. No, he wanted to rule them. So with his power, he made himself king of the negative-dimension. But event that did not make his blood-thirsty soul content. One day, he stumbled upon an old sage. Unlike most of the inhabitants of this world, he was a kind-hearted being. Gueige decided that tthe sage knew of other worlds. With this knowledge, he could be ruler of the universe! He absorbed the sage and found the location of the portal. He gathered up many of his cronies, and headed into it. The nightmare had begun...

Meanwhile, in the framework of time and space, the stars watched these events.
"Something has to be done," said one.
"What can be done?" asked another.
"There is one thing: find a human of pure heart, and give him the Golden Power," said the greatest star.
"Is that wise?"
"It's all we can do," the great one replied.
"But who is this human?"
"A baby boy is about to be born. I have read his future, and he will always be kind and loving. Three other allies will join him on his quest, and together they will stop Geuige," the great one answered,"His name is Ninten. Quickly, bring forth the golden power! We must not waste anytime!"
The great one opened a golden casket. Inside was a bright orb of multi-colored gold.
"With this orb Geuige will be destroyed!"
And with that, a small, cheery baby was born.

"I'm a psychic?!?" asked Ninten. "Correct, although your not taking this as well as I had hoped..." Buzz-Buzz replied. "You want me to act as though it's no big deal?!?"
