 Eagleland, a small, quiet, town...

One year after the defeat og Giygas...

BOOM!!!

Ness woke up quickly and looked outside. An all too familiar site was just outside his residence. Pokey Minch was back. As he exited the beam of light that arose from the ground, Ness saw a rather unfamiliar person with him. He had a red moustache,glasses,and was HUGE! "Overweight" could not begin to describe this person. He heard the words "the Hedgehog" and "Chaos Emeralds" mentioned just before the big guy went back into beam of light, transporting to somewhere,leaving Pokey there. 




Mobius...

A huge fortress sat upon a platou. The GIGANTIC statue of Dr.Robotnik loomed over the area, taller than the fortress itself. 

"Scratch! Grounder! Get over here IMMEADIATELY!!!"

"Coming,Dr.Robotnik!" said the chicken-like robot known as Scratch.

"Right,away, your heinousness!" said Grounder, an egg-like robot with tank tracks and a drill nose.

" I have formed an alliance with someone known as Pokey Minch. Apparently, if we rid him of a few kids so he can conquer the world he's from..."

An evil grin crossed his face.

"...than he will assist me in destroying Sonic and getting the Chaos Emeralds! And I want you bumbling dumbots to do everything in your power to keep Sonic from finding out about the diminsional warp to Eagleland and interfering with my plans."

He pointed to a beam of light emitting from the main room of his fortress.

"Yes sir, Dr.Robotnik!" they said in unision.



Ness wasn't sure what Pokey was up to, but he had a pretty good idea that it was to dominate the world. So, being extremely cautious, approached him.

"Pokey?"

"Ah, Ness," he said in that familar high-pitched nasal voice, " It's been a year now, eh? Didn't think ya'd see me again, did ya? Ha ha ha! I'm back now, just like I said I'd be, and now I'm ready to rule the world!"

"Pokey...you don't have that powerful army of aliens,possessed animals, and robots anymore."

" He doesn't..."

The unfamiliar voice startled Ness.

"...but I do!"

The big guy, Dr.Robotnik was sitting in his Eggomatic Hovercraft, a floating vechicle.

" Who are you?" Ness asked, surprised.

" I am Dr.Robotnik, the greatest scientiffic genius who ever lived! And in return for assissting Pokey for getting rid of you, I'll finally fullfill my dream of conquering Mobius!" He aimed the canon at Ness and fired an Egg Bomb, which was suddenly encased in a block of ice.

"Oh no you won't!" yelled a girl's voice.

Ness looked to see who it was. 

"Paula?! What are you doing here?" he asked,a bit shocked at her sudden arrival. He then noticed Jeff and Poo were with her as well. 

" I sensed this happening," she beagan, "so I contacted Poo, who used his Teleport to get us here."

"POKEY!" Dr.Robotnik screamed, "You never told me theese kids had psychic powers!"

"Er...sorry, I guess I forgot to mention it." he said nervously.

"Ah, just as well, I still can't be defeated! And besides, it shall certainly be worth conquering Mobius and ridding my life once and for all of that Hedgehog!"

"So, hired an assassin, eh?" Ness asked. "It takes more than a few robotic toys to bring down us!"

" That's probably right, which makes it all the more fortunate for me that I brought some more advanced weapons with me."

He fired a beam that missed Ness, demoloshing half of the huge mountain where the meteorite first landed in thr adventure where he learned that he was the chosen one to fight Giygas.

" Wah?!" Ness was stunned. Not even his psychic abilitied could do that much damage in one single blast.

Paula got scared there and couldn't controll herself. "AHHHHH! Help! It's gonna KILL us!"

"That machine's laser fire is way too fast!" Jeff stated, though he was merely stating the obvious.




"Grounder, you moron-a-thon! I wanna watch Edgar Eagle!" Scratch exclaimed.

"No! It's MY turn to pick what we watch! Wer'e watching Mobius Tonight!

The monkey-like robot, Coconuts entered the room. Scratch and Grounder were aghast.

"I'm aghast!" Scratch began.

"Yeah! Didn't Dr,Robotnik assign you to sewer patroll?" Grounder asked.

"Yeah. But since the Doc's not here, I'm gonna take a break." he stated.

"Great. Someone else to hog all the oil." Scracth muttered.

Suddenly, a radio communicater beeped in.

"Scratch! Grounder! Get your moronic metal selves over here NOW!"

"Yes sir!" they both said.

Meanwhile, a blue streak was sweeping accross the ground. It was Sonic, who noticed an eerie light coming from Robotnik's Fortress. He decided to rush in and check it out.





"HAHAHAHAHA! Get them, you mental midgits!" shouted the not-so-good Doctor.

" Well, Dr.Robotnik, traveling to other worlds, are we?"

"SONIC! Go away!" he screamed.

"Ah,sorry. I'd better go and save everyone just like I always do."

He attempted to slice through the Egomatic Hovercraft with a spin attack, but didn't even leave a dent.

The scene was a chaotic argument between the Choosen Four and Sonic on how to defeat Robotnik,  Dr.Robotnik blasting his Power Beam all over the place, and Pokey sitting there, lazily watching the whole thing.

" Hey! I have an idea!" Jeff said.

"Good," Sonic said," make it quick, we don't exactly have all the time in the world to discuss this," he said as he dodged another incoming shot.

"If Ness combines his PK Thunder with your Sonic Spin attack, you might be pushed quickly enough, and with enough force to get through that machine." Jeff explained.

" That's brilliant!" Ness said, as laser fire landed about a foot away from him. "Remind me to thank you later."

"PK...THUNDER!!!!!" he shouted, sending Sonic through the Eggomatic Hovercraft which exploded, breaking the two Baniks apart.

" I lost my head again," Grounder moaned.

Suddenly, Coconuts stumbled through the portal.

" I have come to assist Dr.Robotnik." He handed him a smaller beam.

"Oh no," said Ness. "My PSI energy is depleted.That weapon can't be destroyed."

Dr.Robotnik glared. " Thanks,Coconuts...NOW GET BACK TO SEWER PATROLL, NOW!!!"

His shouts sent the robot tumbling back into the portal.

Dr.Robotnik pressed the tigger and...

Nothing happened. Agian. Nothing happened. 

"Come on, you oversized calculator! Start before I rip out your electronic brain!"

It exploded.

"That's it! Forget this! I don't need you to help me find the Chaos Emeralds, Pokey! I'll get them myself!"

He left then.

"No!Aaaarrrgghh! I'll be back!"  He pressed a button on a small remote controll and dissapeared.

"Well, I'll be heading back to Mobius. Take care, Ness." Sonic said.

"You too, Sonic," said Ness.





" Oh , who needs these moronic interdiminsional assisstants? I can conquer Mobius by myself!" Dr.Robotnik stated.

" Gee, Scratch, isn't it great to have things back to normal?" asked Grounder.

"Yeah,normal is right," the chicken-bot Scratch answered.

" I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!!"
