199X Was 10 Years Ago

	199X was 10 years ago. Who am I? My name is Jeff Andonuts. I played a part in an incident that 
happened not so long ago. All this started when we found out that Giygas was back on Earth; probably for 
about the 10385th time! However, this time, Giygas was, different. I knew one day, just one of these days, 
Giygas would start to have the upper hand. That day, was yesterday.
	
	It all started about a year ago, in Fourside, when we noticed that a Starman walking around. When 
I mean we, im talking of myself, Ness, Paula, and Poo, of course. Anyways, we were baffled as to why a 
Starman would be on Earth again. We went up to it and, well, as Ness would put it, beat some answers out 
of him. He only told us that Giygas was plotting another attack, and that Giygas promised that this one 
would be the end of his troubles. The Starman spoke no more, and self destructed.
	
	We couldnt do anything except sit back and wait. We had no clue when Giygas would appear 
again. We went back to Onett to have a little party at Ness' house. No occasion, just a party. I think that 
may have been the best idea we had in a while.
	
	We go to sit down and watch Ness's favorite show, "Flagginstall Zee".  The news cut in. This wasnt 
good news. The town we were JUST in, about an hour ago, was, well, destroyed! Yes, completely leveled 
out. There was barely any survivors. Naturally, we had to check it out. Ness had an idea that, somehow, the 
Plague Rat of Doom had answers. We found him in the sewers. He knew nothing. We wasn't even aware 
Giygas was back and plotting an attack. We left.
	
	By the time we got back up to ground level, well, the rubble on top of ground level, we were 
surprised to see a small army of Starman Deluxes. They attacked us and we beat them with very little 
trouble. Then an even bigger army of Starmen, this time, different versions. Again, we beat them with no 
problem. We were wondering why Giygas would send some weak Starmen. Then it came to us. We just 
stopped dead in our tracks. It was a diversion! What was Giygas trying to do that he needed us to be stalled? 
Paula had a vision. It was something to do with Twoson, and even worse Polestar preschool! We went 
there.
	
	Upon arriving there, we saw nothing different. Even Polestar Preschool was normal! What was the 
vision about?  We went up to Paula's room. Waiting for us there, was someone we would never expect to 
visit us. Giygas.
	
	Giygas's temporary (I suppose) physical body was just standing there looking out of the window. 
He said to us, "Well, its so nice to see you. I had a perfect plan. But you guys just decided to DISRUPT 
ME. You just made matters worse. STARMEN, bring her in!" A group of Starmen warped in holding 
Paula's mom. "Kill her!" Giygas said. Paula, cried and ran towards her mom who was there helpless. The 
Starmen released her mother. "MOM!" Paula said. Her mother wa smotionless, then all of a sudden, Paula's 
mom started laughing maniacally. That wasn't Paula's mom! Paula stepped back and we watched Paula's 
mom, or at least a fake, turn into something else. It turned out to be a Starman Ultima, like that of what we 
battled a few years ago in space. Giygas stepped forward in front of us. I don't remember what happened 
next, but I think he attacked us. All I remember when I woke up, I was no where near Ness Paula or Poo. 
Little did I know, that would be the last day I see them unharmed. 
	
	It seemed like days. That is because it was. I was in Giygas's base (I suppose) for about a week and 
we had me in some sort of tube. I was helpless.  I was barely alive. I culd have died, and I thought I had. 
Quite frankly, sometimes I wish I had died. Another thing I didn't know, was this was the last place, and last 
time I would fight Giygas.
