Mrs. Gottum AKA. Ness’ Mom: I’m sorry, Ness, but we have to use up that pancake mix that the entire city gave us…

Bozz-bozz: {You’re wrong, you defeated his VERY unsuccessful clone, and the Devil’s Machine kept it in control. So Pokey was tortured and put in very dark solitary confinement, and he was going to be killed but I saved him.}
Ness: {DARN…}
Bozz-bozz: {Darn about, Giygas being back or Pokey not dieing… as I was saying, in this solitary confinement he became insane… you know… talking to himself, having a double personality… that sort of thing…}
Ness: {You want me to heal him from his recent insanity into his normal type of insanity, am I right?}
Bozz-bozz: {In one word… yes.}
Ness: {O.K. *sigh*, but is there anything else that I must know?}
Bozz-bozz: {Yes, you… have to go on another journey…}
Ness: {And…}
Bozz-bozz: {you have to find ten elemental stones, and five more chosen people: that is ten total, the sexes haven’t been determined yet.}
Ness: {WHAT, more, you’ve gotta’ be kidding me! Come back tomorrow so the entire gang can hear the story, O.K.?}

Mrs. Gottum: It’s chocolate chip pancakes.
Ness: *groan* no food, just sleep.
Pokey: Ness, get-up. It’s time to get rid of the voices in my brain. It’s driving me nuts!
Mrs. Gottum: Hello… Pokey, since when have you been back?
Mysterious girl: Hi, Ness {time to get up and call your friends}

Ness: Who are you, and how can you… fly?
Mysterious girl: I am Chara from a very distant land called Scaraba… Oh, but you already know that city… yes, you do.

Bozz-bozz: I brought her here; she won a fighting tournament in Scaraba… opening this September.
Ness: How is that possible?
Bozz-bozz and Chara(together): PSI Time warp, of course.
Chara: Any way I have heard many things about you, and I want to join your “club”.
Ness: Sure, as long as I get some more sleep.
Chara: You, Paula, Jeff, Poo, and Pokey are needed so get your sleep and call them. I’ll give you a half hour. O.K.
Ness: O.K. now I’m officially freaked-out… you can read minds and fly…
Chara: Both gifts from Bozz-bozz for winning the tournament with my own PSI abilities.
Ness: Uhh… right, and how old…
Chara: …am I? Yes, I know *sigh* *thud* I am 4’5”, but I am 190… 3… I think.
