A young boy, no older than 14, calmly walked down a dusty path to get to the Bakery
at the southern side of his town, Onett. After a couple minutes of walking and
kicking up dust and dirt, The young man saw the Street awhile ahead of him. The
dirt messed his blue jean shorts. As he was strolling along, he heard a rustle in
the trees and bushes. His reaction was the drawing of his bat in the blink of an
Eye. He put his backpack aside as he scanned the area cautiously. The rustle
turned into a red Starman, who had jumped down from a tree. He put his strange
arms to the side as he began to speak "Welcome to your Death, Chosen one!"
The red Starman, about the size of an adult, began to cackle as Ness's eye
twitched, and his mouth formed the words

"Why... why are you here? W... who are you?"

The Starman stopped his insane cackle and began to speak "I am Cazik, you're worst
Nightmare! (Sa-zik) Four Starmen heroes were sent to your puny planet to pick up
where that fool left off! I'm one of those Starmen heroes!"

Ness standing on the path, looked at Cazik, trembling "Cazik...eh?
W... who is "that fool"?"

When Ness ended his sentence, Cazik gave off some beeps, then started to speak "
"That fool" is Giygas! The, so-called "Cosmic Destroyer" He even needed that
idiotic kid "Pokey" to get as far as he did. The real Cosmic Destroyer is known by
no other alias than "The Dark Phoenix."

Ness spoke up just as Cazik ended his words "The Dark Phoenix... so Giygas was just
a pawn sent by the Phoenix, since he thought Giygas would win? But why are you
telling me about him?"

Cazik chuckled a bit and began to declare something "Your very clever, but the
purpose of me telling you is since your soul depart here, I just thought it would
be proper to tell you about it. I am the harmonious Starman! Beware my power over
melody!

The red Starman, Cazik, was surprised by a swift aggression to the side of his
head. Ness gave off a smirk as Cazik fell back into an old Oak, beeping and giving
off screams. Cazik said something between beeps and screams "Gah! You surprised me
with you having such power, but prepare to feel real pain!"

The crazed Starman held out his hands, and revealed a white, glowing horn. He
grabbed the horn and began to play a haunting tune. Ness felt his muscles and
veins began to numb over. Ness barely resisted the tune by giving off a burst of
sound stopping energy. His blast of energy gave off a huge dust and dirt
shockwave. Citizens of Onett started to walk up, but staying at distance. The
crowds distracted Ness as Cazik began to play a rhythmic tune. Ness was caught off
guard when a huge Fireball soared at him. With Telekinesis, Ness flung the
fireball somewhere else.

Unfortunately, that somewhere else was the huge forest that surrounds Onett. The
fireball sparked a huge wildfire, totally engulfing Onett's forest. The heat was
almost unbearable, yet Ness had been in much worse conditions. While Ness was
trying to resist the heat, Cazik used it to his advantage by beginning to play
another tune. The notes being played formed a slow rhythm. Ness, over the heat,
was covered with a purple mist. The mist seemed to drain all of his PSI powers.
Ness tried to hesitate, but he didn't have enough power to do anything. Then the
mist that surrounded him turned black, as Ness went out cold.

Paula was picking out flowers in Burglin Park, as she saw huge puffs of smoke
coming from Onett. Paula put 2 fingers to her temple, and closed her eyes. "Ness?
Ness? NESS!" She had no response. She ran to her house to pick up the Holy Frying
pan, and her jewelry and ribbon.
