A couple of weeks after Ness had defeated Giygas, he got a phone call from Apple Kid.

"Ness!! You have to come quick, bring everybody else too... This is super important! See ya later!"

Apple Kid's voice sounded practical, excited, and scared at the same time.

"Mom, I have to call Dalaam and Winters, is it okay?" Ness had asked his mother.

"Yeah sure honey, this reminds me of the time when-" His mom was cut off by her son’s voice.

"Okay mom!" Ness punched in Jeff's number,

"Hello?" Dr. Andonuts’ voice boomed into the telephone.

"Yeah, Mr. Andonuts, Jeff needs to come over immediately, and don't try to use the Phase Distorter III."

Dr. Andounts was surprised by the telephone call from Ness. "Yeah Ness, what is it?"

"Well, Apple Kid called me and asked for me and the gang to come to his house." Ness explained breathlessly.

"Okay!" The doctor told Jeff to take the Sky Runner II, which Jeff had just made. It could transport you to your destination in about 1.50 seconds, anywhere in the world. Jeff was there, knocking at the door at Ness's door, when Ness, shocked by the loud door knock, was about to call Dalaam.

"W-w-who is it?"

"Jeff!" said Jeff, yelling his own name with integrity.

Ness, relieved it wasn't Pokey, when he had knocked on his door that fateful night, said, "Come in!"

The door creaked open. "Oh Ness, whats all the hubbub?" Jeff asked.

"It's Apple Kid, he wants us to come to his house with everybody. I was thinking, instead of having to pay a super long distance bill, why don't we just teleport to Dalaam?"

"Yes, I think it is a good idea, but did you eat a Magic Truffle?" Jeff asked.

"Yes, I eat them on an almost daily basis," Ness replied. "Lets go!" Ness concentrated hard and went outside. Next thing you know, they were in Dalaam. When they went inside the Palace of Dalaam, Ness and Jeff explained everything to Poo and they teleported to Twoson, told Paula everything, and they walked on to Apple Kids house.

"Whew...it took you long enough. Now, you know when you guys defeated Giygas a couple of weeks ago? Well you know, Giygas wasn't the whole pure entity you had to destroy, My sources show that Giygas was just a tiny boss, like The Clumsy Robot compared to Giygas, if you know what I mean. there is a whole new batch of bosses, and the big enchilada is named Simias! He is about 100 times stronger than Giygas himself." Apple Kid said, all clear off his notes.

Everyone gasped.

"Don't worry, you will meet new people that will be just like you all! They are 3 girls, 1 man." Apple Kid assured them. "Ness, I must give you this device that is like the Sound Stone that you had. But whenever you record the Your Sanctuary Melodies, it sends a signal that this machine will receive whenever it records a melody. Then I will give you advice on what to do next, OK? Now Please accept this with my kindness, Ness." Ness was overwhelmed by this sudden announcement and the giving of this Sound Stone like object.

"Ok, see ya!" Ness said. Suddenly, Jeff had got an idea, "Lets ride in my new Sky Runner II!"

Everyone had said, "NO! We do not wanna crash down like in Summers!"

"Wait, I made it, it’s crash resistant!"

They all sighed in unison, "OK lets go." They all walked to Onett to the S.R.II. They all got in it and it took off to this big city, about 5 times bigger than Fourside. It is called Fivelions. When they landed there, they spent the whole day looking for a clue but they couldn't find one!
