Magic-Can't

a man one pondered
the existence of a place
deep in the reaches of the mind
throughout the human race

At last he came upon an answer
"It does not exist!" he cried
"This Magicant is nothing more
than a type of horrible cancer"

So to prove his hardened theory
he went to a sanctuary
and fell into a coma
he awoke extremely wary

all around him were things
he never saw in years
he stood up and looked around
"this is a hoax" he jeers

He finds past memories
of all his happy days
but all of it is soon stopped
as his evil side waylays

"What is this?" is his cry
"Why is my good side so little?"

the monsters of himself come
and soon devour him alive

Just before his earth body died
a voice from himself speaks
"If only I had been a better person
I could have took a longer ride"
